This article provides a full sequence of screenshots to configure an iPhone or iPad device to access a Kerio email service hosted on a WrenMaxwell server.
1. Open Safari and browse to the URL of your WrenMaxwell Kerio service.
We recommend you use Safari as it makes the installation process on the
iphone easier.
The URL will be in the form of https://mail.your.domain.name
an example would be https://mail.wrenmaxwell.com.au
Tap on the option below the login form to Set up my phone.

2. The next screen shows a number of options for setup, tap on the top option
Mail, Contacts, Calendars

4. You may then see the next screen requesting the server identity to be
verified, this is ok.

5. Login with your email credentials.
These details will have been provided to you by WrenMaxwell and will be your

If you use a passcode to secure your iphone then you will be prompted to enter the
passcode before the installation will continue
7. Tap Install if prompted about your email address being unable to be verified.
8. Tap Install again and the profile will begin to install in the background.

11. Kerio also uses a public folder environment for the storage of email outside of your
inbox and mailbox. You can sync these folders and any additional folders you create in your
mailbox. To do this go back to Safari, to the page where you left it earlier and tap
