How do I access web based email - Webmail
Posted by Malcolm W Wren on 26 November 2012 04:10 PM

Webmail is how you access your email using a web browser from any internet connected device.

You must use your domain name in the web address.

There are two URL's you can use:

      OR
    • https://webmail.yourdomain.com.au

As an example if yourdomain is "wrenmaxwell.com.au" then format the web address like this:

You may need to accept the SSL Security Certificate, read the article on SSL for WrenMaxwell mail servers.

The login screen will show similar to this image.

Login with your email address and password to continue.

There are 3 options to choose from to read your email.

Each one accesses the same information from your email account but displays it with a different look and feel.

Try each application to see the differences, if you like one more than the others then you can set it to automatically load using the "Enable Autoload" function.

We suggest that Roundcube is the better option for most users.
