This help desk is provided for the use of clients of WrenMaxwell.

All client organisations are generally added after the first ticket is logged from the organisation.

Your first ticket must be completed through the Submit a Ticket options on the help desk home page.

Select an appropriate department, complete your name, email address, and ticket details, and the secret code that tells us you are human, then click Submit.

Once your email has been validated you will receive a confirmation email for the ticket and your new account.

Any subsequent reply or new ticket can be sent directly via email (from the same email address as your account) and it will automatically be included in your tickets.
