Remote Support

WrenMaxwell utilises a remote desktop support tool that allows our support technicians to connect to your desktop or notebook system and guide you through your support requirements.

If you are in contact with WrenMaxwell support and the technician wants to view your computer to provide you with assistance all you need to do is:

  • open your web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome) on your computer, PC or Mac
  • navigate to
  • look for the session name provided by the technician
  • enter the code provided by the technician or in the email sent by the technician

Our Connect site will want to download a small Java application to your computer.

Your computer will also need to have Java installed. Our Connect application will automate the download and installation of Java if it is not already installed.

The remote control session provides for an on-screen chat session and for control of the computer by our technician or you as the operator.
